He didn't say gamers. He said people.

Isn't that the UK price. I think most things launch more expensive in the UK than they do in the US. I still think natal's selling point will be in bundles. They'll probably price it high through the holidays to convince people to buy a system and natal to help their numbers, then after the holiday drop the price of natal to it's more realistic price.

THIS IS HORSE BALLS! WHY ONLY THE PS3 VERSION!

want cheap great games :'(

There are plenty of great multi-platform games.

Dead Space, AC2, Bioshock/2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Borderlands, Dragon Age, Crysis 2, GTA, DMC4, Red Dead Redemption, Prince of Persia, Star Wars the force unleashed, etc.

The multi-platform lineup is no slouch. I guarantee 99% of gamers would choose the multi-plat lineup over either exclusive lineup if they could only choose one.

Natal has it's own light. It doesn't use visual spectrum light to work, it uses IR and has an emitter on itself.

Visible light is only needed for the color camera, which is not needed for the controller to work.

I imagine the most realistic price point is $80-120 for the peripheral, but there will probably be a bundle that has Natal equating to around $50. It will probably start coming standard in all 360s this holiday too.

Rather than a price drop again, I think it'll be a value increase for all the bundles. $200 for an Arcade a natal enabled game and natal etc.

I have to imagine the hardware is getting pretty cheap to manufacture. They might start throwing in a...

read the lawsuits. They're mostly available online. It's advertised as a personal computer repeatedly by sony. That's why there's a case.

Go ahead and try. M$ gets new lawsuits every month if not every week. Have fun paying their legal fees when you lose.

they didn't fix the defect. They removed the feature.

To use the above example, when cars have a problem they recall and return the car in the advertised condition and usually pay a handsome fee as well. In this case, the car manufacturer saw a potential way for people to break in through your door, and replaced your driver side door with a solid steel plate that doesn't open.

The public doesn't have easy access to any press conferences. That's why they're "press conferences" and not just "conferences".

But then you lose the ability to play future PS3 games. Either way they lose an advertised feature. That's the biggest reason that these are winnable cases.

The quote was showing a point. If everyone thinks it's ok to remove a feature because you don't use that feature what's going to happen when features start getting removed that you do use?

it could be argued that posting an article is trying their hardest. They sure got Apple's attention darn quick, and because of that the phone was promptly returned.

They could have taken it to a police station in the middle of nowhere, let it sit there for 90 days, and taken it home at the end.

It being confidential is erroneous. Gizmodo didn't sign an NDA, and they returned the lost item when it was claimed. They were well within their rights. They didn't really dissect it either. They took off the battery cover *SHOCK*.

Facts: Apple messed up and now they are taking it out on everyone who is not responsible for their F*** up.

if they can do that with a console that doesn't look like a$$ like the halo 3 one did then i completely agree.

Seriously, ugliest console I've ever seen.

I want to say that HHG hate has nothing to do with race. It has to do with ethics. He presents his opinions as facts with very little research himself. At his current status, he owes it to the industry to at least put in effort, and it's his lack of effort to actually source his articles or misquote people to get more hits that are the reason for the hate.

It's one thing to say something that's wrong and say it's your opinion. When you present a wrong opinion as a fact being a pr...

that is crap. I'm fairly certain every refurbished console get's a new number (not repaired. Repaired consoles are almost always sent back with their original cases but new bodies).

the golf thing is completely ludicrous.

It would be like if the salesman sold you a golf that he said ran on diesel, and OMG IT RUNS ON DIESEL! except it only has a standard FM radio instead of a satellite radio.
